Turkey eyes 25.4 bln USD in 2013 tourism revenues
Turkey expects its tourism revenues to reach 25.4 billion USD next year with an estimated 33 million visitors, according to a government program for 2013.The figures, as Anatolia news agency reports, mark an 3.8% rise in the number of foreign visitors from 31.8 million in 2012 and an 8.1% increase in revenues from 23.5 billion USD. Turkey claims 6.2% share of the European market in the number of visitors and a 5% share in terms on revenues.
