The construction of a new airport, 45 km east of Dakar, with a modern futuristic architecture. L’AIBD est conçu pour ne souffrir aucune comparaison en Afrique subsaharienne. Il répondra aux standards européens et américains, sera doté de deux pistes de 4 000 m sur 45 m, qui pourront accueillir les gros-porteurs d’aujourd’hui comme ceux de la génération à venir, et abritera toutes les fonctions connexes (services commerciaux, maintenance des appareils, stockage et conservation de produits frais, etc.).
