ITALY, 2016/01/06 Britain and Italy said on Tuesday that they acknowledge on the need to reform the European Union to protect the rights of the bloc's non euro zone members, promote business and tackle the migration crisis. Italy-Algeria: minister Delrio visits for bilateral talks

Greece hails ‘special relationship’ with France on Hollande visit
FRANCE, 2015/10/23 French President François Hollande begins a two-day visit to Athens on Thursday, bringing badly-needed support to Greece’s left-wing government amid tough talks with the country’s creditors. It marks the initial visit by a French president since 2008, at the same time as Hollande's predecessor Nicolas Sarkozy last travelled to the deficit-saddled country. Hollande will be accompanied by at least four members of his cabinet inclunding Finance Minister Michel Sapin, and a number of business chiefs. Serbia to start talks with EU by year end
EUROPEAN UNION, 2015/09/29 Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn agreed Friday that Serbia should be supported in its attempts to open initial negotiation chapters by the end of the year. Vucic and Hahn met here to discuss Serbia's European integration. At a press conference, Hahn praised Vucic's recent moves to reconcile Serbia with its neighbors and continue dialogue with its southern province Kosovo, which unilaterally declared independence in 2008. -

Italian business delegation visits Mozambique
ITALY, 2015/08/29 A delegation of entrepreneurs from Italy coordinated by the Italian Industrial Confederation (Confindustria) will visit Mozambique during the Maputo International equitable (Facim), due to be held from this 31 August to 6 September, the Italian embassy in Mozambique announced. The delegation representing nearly 50 companies from the oil and natural gas sector will include Vice-Minister for Economic Development Carlo Calenda, who will visit on 31 August and 1 September, indicates the statement sent to Macauhub on Thursday. The companies will be able to take part in a conference co-organised by Confindustria, ICE and the Italian petrochemical group ENI, focusing on business opportunities offered by the sector in Mozambique. -
Iran's president invited to Italy
IRAN, 2015/08/05 Italy aims to expand ties with Iran additional and sooner, said Italian Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni.
