BOLIVIA, 2013/05/17 The working majority of ruling party lawmakers in the Lower Home ensured the passage of the bill next 11 hours of debate, despite strong criticism from the opposition, who questioned the bill’s constitutionality. “We are in the right: this is a legal and constitutional measure,” ruling party lawmaker Héctor Arce told national-owned Bolivia TV channel. “A new national has emerged, with new rules and a new Constitution,“ Arce told national news agency ABI.
