  • Bosnian Firms Claim Slovenian Supermarket Chain 'Robbed' Them

    SERBIA, 2014/11/19 Around a hundred Bosnian companies, which claim they were financially damaged by the withdrawal of the supermarket chain, Tus, launched a joint fight for compensation on Monday. Next the Slovenian company recently announced it was withdrawing from Bosnia and Herzegovina, a lot of domestic companies complained that Tus had left them in the lurch and owed them millions of euro in unpaid supplies. Tus's debts to producers and suppliers in Bosnia and Herzegovina are believed to be worth around 10 million euro, in various amounts to different companies.

    SERBIA, 2013/09/04 Hundreds of eager shoppers queued in front of Belgrade’s Delta City mall from early morning on Thursday to witness the opening of the initial H&M store in the Serbian capital. A lot of came as early as 5am in order to be part the initial to enter the store, and crowds continued to gather in front of the store throughout the day. One attraction for early birds is that each of the initial 300 shoppers won a voucher for 1,500 dinars [13 euros] to spend in the shop, while each buyer enjoyed a discount of 20 % discount on one purchased item.
