FIIRO Director General, Dr. Gloria Elemo, said this during the third Distinguished Guest Speaker’s Lecture Series of the institute held on Wednesday in Lagos. According to her, “We are hoping that with the collaboration, we will be able to develop our capacity, that is, exchange programme with the University particularly in the area of industrial waste management.'
