Irish Trade Surplus Declines In May
IRELAND, 2013/07/13 EUR3.41 billion. Export of goods decreased a seasonally adjusted 4 % month-on-month to EUR7.05 billion in May. Year-on-year, shipments recorded a 6 % fall. The European Union (EU) accounted for 56 % of total exports during the month, while the U.S. was the major non-EU destination accounting for 19 % of total shipments.
