Russia: Moscow to launch wifi in cemeteries

Next year wireless Internet will be available on the territory of several cemeteries in Moscow: Vagankovo, Troyekurovo and Novodevichye cemeteries. The Novodevichye and Vagankovo cemeteries by presently have GPS systems installed to help visitors locate graves of famous individuals.

These cemeteties are visited daily by hundreds of the Moscow’s residents and tourists. Famous personalities: writers, artists and politicians are buried there. For example, the Novodevichye cemetery is in the top 100 most interesting cemeteries in the world by UNESCO.

Free Internet access will make a visit more convenient. Wi-Fi in the cemetery will be useful for visitors. Everyone who interested in the identity of buried or monument will be able to get the right information online.
