    SINGAPORE, 2015/09/28 Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on Monday announced a new cabinet, inclunding newly- introduced coordinating ministers, and the new government will be sworn in on Thursday. The reshuffle came next the ruling People's Action Party won a general election on Sept. 12 with a landslide victory. "It's an urgent task. We don't have the luxury of time," said PM Lee at a press conference, "I have given heavy responsibilities to the next generation of leaders. They will be stretched and tested. By the end of this term, we must have a new team ready to take over from me."
