COLOMBIA, 2012/12/22 The Colcap index, a benchmark for the Colombian Stock Exchange, ended 0.02% lower at 1,814.73 points. Shares of Pacific Rubiales (PRE.T), which operates Colombia's major oil field, fell 1.4% to COP40,640. Meanwhile, the Colombian peso rose against the dollar, ending at COP1,775.45 for a dollar from COP1,788.10 the previous day.
