Planta Centro generation capacity severely
VENEZUELA, 2010/08/29 Only 12% of the generation capacity at the 2GW Planta Centro power facility, Venezuela's biggest thermo plant, has been available on average across the prime months of this year, according to data released by grid operator Opsis. The plant is currently operating at about 36% of capacity, according to an Opsis statement.
