    MALAYSIA, 2013/10/13 SME Corp Malaysia says 25 % of the local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) will have world market business networking by 2020, its Chief Executive Officer Datuk Hafsah Hashim said Saturday. To date, 19 % of the local companies have established networking in foreign markets, with food and beverages segment making up the majority market, she said. With the government's decision to establish the Malaysian World Innovation and Creative Centre (MaGIC), Hafsah said: "We can increase local entrepreneurs' opportunities to due penetrate the world market.

    MALAYSIA, 2013/04/29 Malaysia has reported a nearly 50-% drop in reported online scams to 714 cases in the prime quarter of 2013 from 1,321 cases in the same period last year. Bank Negara, which provided these figures yesterday, refers to online scams as credit card frauds and Internet frauds such as “phishing” scams.
