According to preliminary data released by the statistical institute (KSH), industrial output in November rose a working-day adjusted 7.0% over the same month last year. The result was below the 12.7% increase observed in October, which had marked the major expansion since February 2011.
On a monthly basis, industrial production fell a seasonally- and working-day adjusted 1.4% in November, which contrasted October’s 1.7% increase. Meanwhile, annual average increase in industrial production sped up slightly from 7.0% in October to 7.1% in November.

Hungary's industrial output declined in October for the first time in three months, new data from the statistical office showed on Friday.
Industrial production declined by a seasonally-and-working-day adjusted 3.8 % year-on-year in October, after rising by 0.6 % in September and 2.7 % in August. The preliminary figure was left unchanged. The new decline is the biggest since December last year, when production fell 7 %.
