Soteri Gatera, who heads the ECA’s Industrialization and Infrastructure Section, says only such “inclusive” economic increase will help resolve the “persistent social economic problems” Africa faces.

    CONGO BRAZZAVILLE, 2014/04/06 Morocco is to offer technical assistance and expertise in the field of public works in Congo, Congolese Equipment and Public Works Minister, Emile Ouosso, announced on Thursday next a visit to Morocco. Moroccan technicians are due to arrive next month in Brazzaville to outline the action plan inclunding the terms of reference for several projects that would be launched by the two parties, Minister Ouosso said. Under the schedule of cooperation between the two nations, the National Highway Authority of Morocco will help the Congolese Road Fund to modernise and computerise its road toll system.
