A construction of houses with capacity to accommodate 100 youths will be built as from April this year in Matala municipality, southern Huíla province, as part of the National Programme for Supporting Employment and Training of Staff (PAEFQ).
Speaking to Angop this Tuesday in the city of Lubango, the chief of the National Employment and professional Training Institute (INEFOP), Lourenço dos Santos, stressed that the area will comprise a professional training centre.
He said that besides this infrastructure, an Entrepreneurship and Employment Centre (CRESE) will be built in Lubango municipality, with the objective of boosting youths with business initiatives.
