    AFGHANISTAN, 2016/10/06 Uzbekistan’s delegation led by the country’s Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov will participate in the interregional ministerial conference “Central Asia-European Union” and in the international conference on Afghanistan, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry’s press service said on October 4. The conference will be held on October 4-5 in Belgium’s capital. During the visit, the Uzbek delegation is going to hold negotiations with officials of the European Union (EU). The strategy of cooperation in the “Central Asia-European Union” format was approved in 2007.

The agreements and contracts have been concluded during a visit of the Uzbek delegation to Germany, according to a message from Uzbekistan’s Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade Ministry. The package of agreements and contracts covers the chemical, machine building, electro-technical, textile and food industries, inclunding the production of construction materials.
