Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission Bill, 2017 was placed in the Jatiya Sangsad today to facilitating peaceful use of nuclear power.

Science and Technology Minister Architect Yeafes Osman introduced the bill in the Home with Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury in the chair.

Later, the Home sent the bill to the concerned parliamentary standing committee for scrutiny and return back it in the Home within one month.
