Abidjan: Governor of the District of Abidjan
2012/12/30

Together, we have a duty to work harder to task for current challenges and future environmental, housing, sanitation, youth employment and women, safety, health, education, social welfare and spiritual ... and peace.
Justice is a Right and a Duty.
Truth, a remover.
Forgiveness, a Remedy.
